Responsibilities

  • • Assist trainers during AWS training sessions (online/offline) by handling tools, resources, and learner interactions.

    • Maintenance of records such as task, attendance, and test exams taken during the classes.

    • Conduct independent sessions including hands-on labs, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions when needed.

    • Coordinate with students to provide updates, track progress, and offer personalized support.

    • Assist in developing and updating training materials (presentations, lab manuals, assessments).

    • Guide students through post certification support.

    • Responsible for maintaining an informal cloud architect community.

    • Support students with AWS exam booking, registration processes, and preparation guidance.

    • Collect, review, and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.

    • Maintain training documentation, session recordings, and cloud environment setups. 

    • Actively pursue new AWS certifications and keep up with evolving AWS technologies and exam changes.

    • Participate in team discussions to improve content, engagement, and training strategies.

Skills

  • • Solid understanding of AWS fundamentals and cloud computing concepts.

    • AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification.

    • Excellent communication and classroom handling skills.

    • Comfortable using training platforms like Zoom/Google Meet, LMS tools, and cloud labs.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

    • Willingness to continuously learn and pursue new certifications independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or final-year student with strong cloud knowledge).
