    Job Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver technology projects across diverse domains including software engineering, cloud modernization, data platforms, DevOps, and enterprise IT solutions. The TPM will serve as the bridge between client stakeholders, cross-functional engineering teams, and business leadership ensuring that project objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with technical and business priorities. This role requires strong project management discipline, technical fluency across ITdomains, and the ability to manage client expectations while driving successful outcomes.

    As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), your responsibilities would typically be to:

    • Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects (planning, execution, delivery, closure) ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead engineering teams across multiple domains (DevOps, Cloud, Security, Software Development, Data/Analytics, Infrastructure).
    • Agile & Delivery Management: Define sprint plans, track progress in Jira/Confluence (or equivalent), and facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
    • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, and drive mitigation strategies.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, change requests, design docs) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
    • Governance & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to IT security, regulatory, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI).
    • Continuous Improvement: Recommend best practices, process optimizations, and re-usable project templates to enhance delivery efficiency.

Skills

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
    • Experience: 5+ years in project/program management with exposure to multiple IT domains (cloud, DevOps, software development, security, data, SaaS).
    • Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of:
    • Software development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
    • Data & Analytics (ETL, BI tools, big data frameworks).
    • Security & Compliance (IAM, encryption, audits, risk management).
    • Project Tools: Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
    • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and conflict-resolution abilities. Able to translate technical concepts for business leaders.
