    Job Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

    As a Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities would typically be to:

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization.
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for roles.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports for management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Skills

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, corporate or agency settings.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in tech or IT recruitment is a plus.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
