Responsibilities

  • API Testing & Automation:

    • Design and implement comprehensive API test suites for RESTful and GraphQL services
    • Develop automated API testing frameworks using tools like RestAssured, Postman/Newman, or Playwright
    • Validate API functionality, performance, security and integration across microservices architectures
    • Test data validation, error handling, authentication and authorization mechanisms

    UI Testing & Automation:

    • Create and maintain automated UI test suites for web applications using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
    •  Develop cross-browser and responsive design testing strategies
    •  Implement visual regression testing and accessibility compliance validation
    • Design test scenarios for complex user workflows and enterprise software interfaces

    AI/ML Application Testing:

    • Test machine learning model integrations, data pipelines, and AI-powered features
    • Validate chatbot functionality, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics interfaces
    • Perform data quality testing for ML training datasets and model outputs
    • Test AI agent responses, natural language processing features, and intelligent automation workflows

    Compliance Testing:

    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7 FHIR standards)
    • Test electronic health record (EHR) integrations and patient data workflows
    • Validate medical device interfaces and healthcare analytics dashboards
    • Perform security testing for protected health information (PHI) handling

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with software development team to integrate testing into development lifecycle
    • Collaborate with DevOps team to implement automated testing in CI/CD pipelines
    • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
    • Coordinate with PMO team using Jira for test case management and defect tracking
    • Provide regular reports on any bugs or issues found.

    Quality Assurance Excellence:

    • Develop and maintain test documentation, test plans, and testing standards
    • Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues
    • Execute performance testing for APIs and web applications under load
    • Conduct security testing including input validation, authentication, and data encryption
    • Identify any major bugs reported by the client with the possible root cause

Skills

    • Fluency in English language
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
    • Ability to work in fast-paced agile environment with changing requirements

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in software testing with 2+ years in test automation
    • Proven experience in API testing and UI automation in enterprise environments

    Domain Experience:

    • 2+ years experience testing healthcare or AI/ML applications preferred
    • Experience with healthcare compliance testing and regulated software environments
    • Background in testing enterprise software with complex user workflows
    • Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud-based software testing

    Technical Certifications (Preferred):

    • Selenium or Cypress certification
    • ISTQB certification
