Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with top management and teams to define project scope, roles, and responsibilities
    • Develop and refine team processes for enhanced efficiency and superior project outcomes
    • Decompose complex projects into manageable sprints, setting clear targets and timelines
    • Oversee multiple client project domains, including both internal and external engagements
    • Maintain precise project timelines, estimates, and status reports, and regularly update on progress and performance
    • Ensure thorough project completion and review, verifying compliance with business process standards
    • Guide teams through appropriate procedures, policies, and documentation at all project stages
    • Actively manage scope changes, identify potential challenges, and devise effective contingency plans
    • Keep track of, communicate, and expediently resolve issues and risks, ensuring stakeholder awareness and involvement
    • Exhibit decisive leadership and sound decision-making skills to resolve conflicts constructively

Skills

    • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals across various departments, fostering positive relationships and understanding diverse perspectives
    • Proficiency in managing and prioritizing tasks ensuring that quality and accuracy are not compromised
    • Expertise in efficiently organizing tasks, managing time effectively, and setting guidelines in these areas for team members to follow
    • Experience in working within a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork, and contributing positively to a team-oriented workplace
    • Good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures, and the ability to understand various technical requirements and compatibility issues
    • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work, with a focus on personal accountability
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related discipline
    • At least 2 years’ experience in project management or related technical management roles, preferably in the cloud industry
