Responsibilities

    • Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media and other marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animatics for campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
    • Work with in-house or external content creators and designers to produce high-quality visual assets.
    • Edit and optimize video and motion content for multiple social media platforms
    • Ensure consistency of visual messaging across all digital platforms.
    • Monitor engagement and performance of motion graphics content and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Stay up-to-date with design and motion graphics trends, software updates, and best practices to continually enhance content quality.

Skills

    • Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
    • Strong creative, visual, and editorial skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual content.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, social media content strategies, and brand tone.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics, video production, or animation (experience in the marketing or IT industry is a plus).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills.
    • Experience with social media platforms and knowledge of content optimization for different channels.
