Responsibilities

  • 1. Strategic Marketing &  Communication:

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social and traditional media to align with  company  goals.
    • Leads the communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders, including newsletters, briefing and client communications.
    • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity across channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business priorities.
    • Lead the team's administrative and operational activities to maintain an efficient marketing workflow.


    2. Content & Digital Marketing:

    • Conceptualize, plan and develop marketing content for multiple platforms - social media, blogs, landing pages, email and web.
    • Supervise the content team to ensure the timely publication of SEO-optimized articles and relevant updates to drive traffic and engagement.
    • Coordinate with SEO vendors to resolve website issues, improve rankings and increase visibility.
    • Design landing pages using tools like Figma and troubleshoot any web-related issues promptly.


    3. Social Media Marketing:

    • Strategize and manage social media campaigns, ensuring the delivery of engaging and brand-consistent content.
    • Collaborate with internal creative teams or external agencies to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.).
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics ( engagement, traffic, reach) and use insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
    • Run and manage paid media campaigns to improve reach and conversions.


    4. Email Marketing:

    • Plan and execute both internal and external email campaigns, newsletters  and drip campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
    • Build and segment email lists , manage subscriber databases and track open/click rates for campaign optimization.
    • Develop A/B testing strategies and refine content and visuals based on performance insights.
    • Maintain alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting for maximum relevance and ROI.


    5. Project & Team Coordination:

    • Plan and assign team tasks to ensure the timely delivery of projects and marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct regular team sync-ups and interdepartmental meetings to maintain communication and alignment across functions.
    • Support new project launches, ensuring digital presence is effectively communicated and marketed.


    6. Tools and Technologies:

    • Email Marketing: Email Octopus, MailBluster
    • Design and Scheduling: Canva, Buffer
    • Productivity: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
    • Design & UI: Figma
    • website/SEO: CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), Google Analytics, SEO tools.


Skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams and wit external stakeholders.
    • Excellent writing, editing and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
    • Creative thinker with analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
    • Should be able to  integrate AI tools while designing and implementing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and content marketing (experience in the IT sector preferred).
    • Proven hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and content creation.
    • Familiarity with email marketing tools, CMS platforms and marketing automation.
    • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics and analytical tools.
