Responsibilities

  • • Manage the company’s website and social media accounts; develop an editorial calendar, content style, and layout, ensuring that they are updated and effective. 

    • Execute both marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns, to meet company goals and objectives.

    • Monitor marketing data to illustrate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and compile monthly marketing reports.

    • Use content management systems to collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent information (articles, links, events) is posted regularly to the online channel platform to increase web traffic and user engagement.

    • Audit social media activity regularly – to ensure they are all conveying the message relevant to that channel’s target audience.

    • Work with in-house or external and acts as the liaison between the marketing department and agencies, content creators, and visual designers to build and execute social content as required for marketing activities.

    • Partner closely with the creative team to curate engaging content (videos, images, texts) to increase engagement and drive traffic to the company’s website.

    • Research our customers’ lifecycles and how they interact with our brand to understand the best ways to reach them through outbound marketing strategies.

    • Organize and coordinate events, such as product launches, webinars, and seminars.

    • Create email lists and campaigns to execute email and nurture campaigns - including setup, testing, measuring, and reporting on campaign success.

    • Understand and support our sales channels; assist the marketing team with the preparation and creation of internal and external collaterals (social media posts, client communications, newsletters, internal briefing documents for educational purposes).

    • Understand ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) requirements and use email marketing concepts to manage data extraction and optimize our email campaigns, improve open rates, and conversion rates to achieve business goals.

    • Create consistent product positioning statements that resonate with customers to best reflect the tone and differentiate our product in collaboration with Product and Marketing Managers.

    • Effectively, coordinate and communicate with the vendors for merchandise procurement and other marketing assets.

Skills

  • • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google platform, databases, and CRM systems. 

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to match brand tone, and a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary skill.

    • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.

    • Strong creative and editorial skills, with hands-on experience to create and adapt content and copy to fit a target audience.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Business (Communication, or Advertising Preferred).

    • At least 1 year of experience in social media, digital assets, and content production (IT industry preferred).

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing, social media, and scheduling platforms.

    • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).

    • Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Web Traffic Metrics is a plus.
