Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International BD Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth of our DevOps outsourcing and cloud consulting services by targeting international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in international sales to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing industry.
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the US/UK market for DevOps outsourcing and cloud consulting services.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and set appointments.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle objections effectively and provide innovative solutions to address client challenges.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Skills
-
- Understanding of DevOps, cloud computing preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US time zones to effectively engage with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in international sales, specifically targeting the US market.
- Proven experience selling IT services, particularly in outsourcing business and cloud consulting, is highly desirable.
- Comfortable to work night shift to cater international markets.
