AI Engineer

AI Solution Development

• Design, implement, and deploy AI models focusing on Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems for banking applications

• Build end-to-end ML pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.)

• Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, fraud detection, customer segmentation, or recommendation systems

• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate them into banking solutions

• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate model performance

Data Management & Pipeline Development

• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data validation

• Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines

• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring

Research & Collaboration

• Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, techniques, and best practices

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
