Responsibilities

• Work in an agile environment as part of a full design and development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, and interacting with and supporting our customers
• Serve as the subject matter expert for containerization and DevOps and provide relevant advice to team members and customers
• Engage with customers in finding the needs of projects and take full ownership of them
• Design and implement cloud & software technologies based on requirements
• Focus on customer satisfaction to increase the value we deliver
• Reviews application requirements and anticipates system needs in order to ensure the availability and scalability of systems
• Troubleshoots code and assists with the resolution of coding issues
• Lead team to work on deliverables and overall growth of individual, team, and company
• Involve in providing training, webinars, and seminars to individuals, companies, or an event

Required Experience

• Experience providing CI/CD pipelines to product teams using Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or CircleCI
• Experience deploying and maintaining common services on a Kubernetes platform such as GKE, EKS, OpenShift, or Rancher
• Ability to configure cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with DevSecOps tools and processes such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Concourse, SonarQube, Fortify and ThreadFix
• Experience providing common cluster services for mission applications such as service meshes, OpenID connect SSO providers, and logging and monitoring platforms.
• Experience managing and provisioning services using GitOps and continuous delivery operators such as ArgoCD and Flux
• Experience developing solutions using scripting languages such as Bash or Python to automate manual tasks
• Experience managing and provisioning infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience working as a DevOps engineer providing CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms to support product teams in the development of software using DevOps practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
